We setup KPI for each contractor, and regularly monitor their performance to ensure those KPIs are achieved.
We implement monthly performance meetings, if the service is not meeting the required levels we setup improvement targets for each contractor to meet.
We undertake market price check for all out of scope works, including tender process where applicable, ensuring you pay the right price.
